Setting up DFU OTA

Hey,

I am trying to add DFU support to my application.

In my case, I copied the code from the NRF SDK 15.3 DFU secure_bootloader example for pca10040_ble and included all of the required files. Furthermore, I used the main function from the example, so all my older code will not affect the execution.

Despite a lot of errors, I managed to build the project and flush it to my device.

 I saw something different when I ran the code than in the example. In the event_send function (nrf_fstorage_nvmc.c), it stacks in an endless loop (perhaps a crash?).
After event_send, the code jumps to the dfu_fstorage_evt_handler function (nrf_dfu_flash.c).

I debugged both codes side-by-side and discovered that in my code, m_fs->evt_handler parameter was set to a random address, in the example, it was set to dfu_fstorage_evt_handler (nrf_dfu_flash.c).

Additionally, even though I managed to build the project successfully, sometimes I get the following errors:

  

Can you please tell me how to resolve those errors and why my app is stuck in an endless loop?
