device connected not visible

trying to execute 'blinky' application. nRF52840 is connected through micro USB.

But it's not getting displayed in ''Conneced Devices' list.

Please provide more details about your setup. Are you using a nRF52840-DK, and in that case, which of the USB ports are you connecting to? Is it the main one that connects to the Jlink debugger?

Thanks for confirming. Is the LD5 led next to the interface lit constantly, or does it toggle? Does the board enumerate as a "Jlink" mass storage device when you plug it in? And have you tried with another USB cable?

LD5 led toggle constantly.

No Jlink popup.

Not tried with another USB cable.
