why my ip is banned?

today in the morning I can connect this web site via chrome.

but I cannot connect this web site few hours later with banned my ip page.

I don't understand.

my system no virus.no worm.no attacted site. and so on.

cloud you explain for this situation?

I hope fix this trouble ASAP.

If I connect to a wifi then the problem goes away and I can connect to the devzone website.

Any reason why this has suddenly appeared.
