Cant debug nrf5340

Everything is goes well with nRF5340 but when I connect and try to debug some examples it just gives some errors.

Like " Failed to download application

          Generic error

           Please check J-Link and target connection

Now my toolchain is not opening. I updated it to latest version

What do you mean with "toolchain is not opening"?

Can you post an image of the error?
