how to start a "hello world' and connect the board to my mobilephone

I turn on the device, the led turns green. And I use usb to connect it with computer then I  open the nrf connect for desktop, the bluetooth low energy tool,

then this error happened, and I cant find the device on my phone.

How can I start a hello world with my phone?

Oh, by the way, if I want to test the power of the 5340, do I need to buy the NRF-POWER PROFILE KIT?

I see nrf-ppk II is out of stock. Can I use nrf-ppk I?

You can use an ammeter or an oscilloscope as well. Please refer to the "Measuring current" section of the DK user guide for more details.

 Thank you. Can the nRF6707 power be used on the 5340? I see on the product page it says yes, but in the quick start of the product description it says it is suitable for the nrf51,52 series, which is confusing.

Now I can send text from phone to the device, but still cannot send text from device. Where should I enter the text in the visual code? I cant enter anything in the COM listener. Maybe it is a stupid question.hahaha
