You will receive a callback on the receiver side when the radio receives a packet from the sender if that is what you mean. For prorprietary protocol, there are the Enhanced shockburst and the Gazell libraries in the SDK. There are also examples in the SDK that use both of these protocols.

Please share nRF51822 Advertising Packet plot with timing for current calculation. Also let me know what is relation between the no. of bits to be advertised and Radio TX time (S110 nRF51 SoftDevice Specification v2.0, Figure 17) and minimum advertisement time?
