MASTER CONTROL PANEL ERROR

I installed master control panel and plug a PCA10000(usb dongle). The panel discovered the dongle.But once i press "start", an error hanppend: "ascii" codec can't decode byte 0 in position 21:ordinal not in range. I unstall and install this software for times, but the error always happen .

Did you update the firmware on the dongle?

I updated the firmware to 9.0. I found it works will on another PC,so the donggle is ok. Does the panel require any config of PC? Operation system of my PC is windows xp.

We've seen this error before, and in that case it was solved by upgrading Windows XP to SP3. Can you please try this?
