nRF51822, Studio and nrfjprog fails eraseall

Hi people!

We are having an issue with our custom PCBs using the nRF51822. They are programmed and debugged using a custom external test board, using the SEGGER J-link. The actual product and test board are connected with a 6 pin header with i2C debug, the two SWD programming pins and +V and GND.

We can program and debug the cards just fine, but we are struggling with the eraseall (both in nRFgo Studio and with nrfjprog) command. It fails almost every time. Attached is the error log from nrfjprog.

Why is this happening? Is this a hardware issue, or a bug in nrfjprog? I find it hard to believe that this is a hardware issue, since we have been able to work with this product for two months without issues when debugging.

Hi!

We experience the same problem with J-link 5.02 as well, on multiple computers with different setup. We use the NRF51822_xxAC version of the chip if that's information you need. :)
