Hi Furkan,

I notice that you are using the UART version of the bootloader. That one is for DFU over UART, and thus it is expected that it does not advertise. 

If you are looking for DFU over BLE, then for the nRF52833 we already provide four options for that, pca10100_s113_ble, and its S140 and debug variants.

I think this should suit your need better. What do you think?
