Toolchain Manager doesnt open after installing

after i installed toolchain manager in nRF connect desktop, i want to open toolchain manager. However, the following error message opens. I am using Windows.

This is the error message, which is showed when i click "show detailed error messaage"

SwRa I think the problem is that the application cannot create a folder in C:. So I wanted to ask in which config file can I change the file path where the folder ncs is created

Just To confirm, you have also installed the nRF Command line tools right.? Also have you downloaded the nRF Connect for Desktop and nRF Command line tools from the official website of Nordic ?
