Unable to reset password and unable to login using an account which I created a private ticket.

I had to resort to opening a new account to just log this issue as I have a different user account and I have created a private ticket that I need to respond to. I have not been able to login or reset my password. If I try to reset my password I get the following error, "An error occurred, please try again or contact administrator". In spite of repeated attempts I can't reset the password. So I am not sure who is the administrator I can contact to help me with this issue. It would be great if I can get some guidance ASAP, as I have a high priority issue that I logged as a private ticket that i want to be able to resolve ASAP.
