There was an Arduino ANCS library released for nrf8001. Seeing that Arduino Primo nrf52 will be coming into the market and knowing that there is Arduino nrf51/nrf52 core development and Redbearlab BLE Nano (nrf51822), can I request an Arduino ANCS library for nrf5x? Request to make the ble_app_ancs_c example into library.

There is an ANCS example in the nordic SDK, I think there might also be something for mbed. Not sure about the Arduino stack, will forward this to someone who might know.

I am aware of the ANCS example in Nordic SDK, I am looking for Arduino one for certain users who are more comfortable to use Arduino. The mbed one example was based on Nordic example. It is too old and not updated to latest mbed library. There are still work needed for a mbed example.

Hi Daniel

Have you had a look at these Arduino libraries?

The come with an example for ancs.

The BLE libraries under development for the Primo will be based on the same code base.

Best regards

Torbjørn

Yes, I found out about that library after posting this question, quite accidentally. I have gotten it working and was debugging Redbearlab BLE Nano.

It's good to hear you got it working :)

Feel free to close the case if you feel the issue is resolved.
