Please suggest how to start , expert in RF with nordic product

Dear All i would like to use

nRF51822 nRF51422

i would like to use nordic product, but so shame, too low basic knowledge for make program for embedded, edit library , with little adding and etc,

So i would like to hire the company which real skill, about nordic product, especially in RF field, such as signal strength

about the scope is very little as this

just porting from Other ARM M0 to nRF51822 , nRF51422, (ex suggest distance what should use model , may just 3 model of antenna

in BLE chip, it just short distance is accept will use with mobile but ethernet chip i need 3 prototype of per it distance

10-20 m 20-100 m 100-250 m ( if not proper match, please suggest, i did not know what it should be if can hopping by some model is accept, but Baud Rate shall be at least 250 kbps

about cost and or expenditure for EK DK for developed this item, i accept,or how about extra tooling for debug or else is accept, how much total charge for this item, (in USD Please) but please let me know before.
