nrf52 maximum application size

Hi,

I'm thinking of using the NRF52 for an embedded wearable sensor application. How much flash and Ram space can I expect to have remaining approx. for my application if I'd like to use BLE and DFU feature as well.

Essentially, Im trying to decide between a single chip (app+BLE) solution vs modular solution.

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I couldn't find anything. Would be great if someone could point me in the right direction.

Hi,

With the SoftDevice(S132) and DFU you will have about 356 kB flash remaining for your application. See this memory layout table for more information. The SoftDevice + configurable resources require minimum 6592 bytes RAM, so you will have about 57.56 kB RAM for your application.
