nRF5_SDK_12.1.0 S130 I ony want to save 1 byte to flash and read a byte from flash,How to realization

I follow the example, as below nRF5_SDK_12.1.0_0d23e2a\examples\peripheral\flashwrite

but I only get some error, can not get anything, and the ble is unconnected.

if we can write the simple code in asm , it is the best.

The NVIC peripheral is restricted when you use the SoftDevice, so it shouldn't be accessed directly. Instead you should use the sd_flash_* API.

I made a simple example for accessing flash through the SoftDevice here, it is however for SDK 10 and S210.
