What is the difference between DiscoverDevices() and StartDeviceDiscovery()?

DiscoverDevices is a blocking call: it will scan for abt 1 second and then return with all the devices that were discovered during that period.
StartDeviceDiscovery is an asynchronous call that will keep scanning until stopped with StopDeviceDiscovery, and discovered devices are returned in the DeviceDiscovered event.
