About TX CE pulse in a nRF24L01+

I'm trying with a nRF24L01 device, connected to an Microchip MCP2210 USB/SPI bridge. With this Microchip device, i cannot sent a CE pulse shortest than 130uS to transmit a packet (must be > 10uS, but the datasheet does not specify the maximum time). Could it to be a problem?

Pulsing CE for longer than 130 µs shouldn't be a problem, but if you keep it high after packet transmission is finished (i.e. settling time + sending time), you may see increased current consumption. This can be seen from figure 4 in the nRF24L01+ Product Specification, which shows that the chip will go into Standby-II instead of Standby-I after having sent a packet, causing the radio to stay on, even when not actually needed.
