does s130 multilink support non-nordic ble peripherals

hi experts, I want to build a ble center based on s130 to collect sensor data from several peripheral devices. Some of them may not be from nordic solution, such as TI. so, i wonder if it's supported to connect these non-nordic peripherals. thanks

The S130 multilink example can connect with any peripheral devices that comply with the Bluetooth Low Energy specifications.
