why my nRF connect mesh can't find device？

Hi，everyone！I am using nRF connect mesh for Mesh DFU(see this link text), and I follow the direction step by step. But, the nRF connect can't find any device to program. I find someone who has the same issue link text.And, I don't know if my Jlink and USB to uart driver are properly installed? Could anyone help me?

Hi,

nRF Connect will only work with J-Link devices, with a serial number within a known range. It does not support USB to UART bridges. You will have to get yourself a J-Link debugger, or implement another method to communicate with the Mesh devices.
