Sorry, too few information provided. What do you mean by "UART APP SHOWS LIKE THIS device doesn't support UART WHEN I TRYING TO CONNECT WITH MY DEVICE"?

Thanks for your replay ..actually when i program a code having nus service to my custom board, program loads successfully using a nrf52832 DK PCA10040 and ble starts advertising, but when i trying to connect my device using nrf UART android APP but it shows like this "device doesn't support UART" disconnected. BUT same code works on nrf52832 DK PCA10040. actually i don't know its hardware or software issue...

So is nRF52 FW with NUS implementation working on PCA10040 when you use the mobile app? Can you get RF traces to see what exactly fails on BLE radio?

The android phone is saving old service discovery data, and still thinks your device is the same as the first time it connected to it. Try to turn off the BLE on the phone, and turn on/off the phone again. If you still have the same problem, try to force a service discovery by using nRF Toolbox, choose DFU and connect. The app automatically does a service discovery when the dfu service isn't found. After this, connect with the nRF Toolbox UART.

ya its working fine on PCA10040..happy news now its works on my custom board when i gave the clock source NRF_CLOCK_LF_SRC_SYNTH (LFCLK Synthesized from HFCLK)....very thanks for your response....
