The debugger is I-Jet and debugging via SWD.

The connection did below. and I'll assume the red line is number one. I made it based on the debugger.

1. First line -> Power supply connector
2. Second line -> SWDIO of nRF52832
3. Third line -> Ground
4. The fourth line -> SWCLK of nRF52832
5. Tenth line -> nRESET pin of nRF52832

Is the connection wrong?
