Use Nordic BTLE Soc with other Vendor BTLE Compatibility

hi all, I use the Nordic BTLE SoC(nRF51) for develop product and now i have some issue for the the btle compatibility with other vendor btle.

Whether i use the dongle and Central mode to connect that vendor btle soc, that not work correctly which be connect not get any GATT service. you can reference follow attachment file, i found some issue.

1. the CONNECT_REQ package the Tx address is Public
2. Master don't send LL_VERSION_IND

Have anyone have same issue ? and how to solve it ?

hi all , because this is Sent from Initiator to Advertiser,so when advertiser get the CONNECT_REQ package that have someone it can't accept. Because the CONNECT_REQ Tx is public address .(reference B_vendor.pcapng)

why the Initiator send the CONNECT_REQ for public address ?
