nRF bcast mesh, which softdevice for nRF51822

Hello,

i'm currently trying to implement the bcast mesh into an existing application (sdk v6.x.x + S110 7.1.0). The github readme states that the bcast-mesh is working fine with SDK8.1.0+S110 and SDK12.0.0+S132.

The S132 is not supported for nRF51822.

My question is: Is it possible to use the nRF51822 with S130 + SDK12.0.0 without much changes? Or should i use the older SDK8.1.0 with the older S110 softdevice?

The only role we need is the peripheral, but the lesser ram usage for the s130 might be useful.

@hberg: The mesh library was built on SDK v8.1.0 and S110 v8.0. But it doesn't use the softdevice for most of the mesh functionality except for advertising as gateway, and DFU. I don't think it would be a difficult port to make it work with S130.
