sd_softdevice_enable / hardfault

sd_softdevice_enable give me a hardfault every time. What can I do ?

Configuration: Jlink / Ozone Confirmed on 2 Sparkfun nRF52832 boards (nRF82832 AA rev 1 / SD 4.0.4)
