How can i use ble in no connection status?

In this status, I will communicate uart to computer.

WIthout connections means, you need to transfer data from your peripheral as a part of adertising packet. You can cnofigure payload data and length in advertising packet and start advertsing.

Is the smartphone the data source and the pc the data sink? Without pairing you may want your smartphone app to encrypt the data before sending it out.

Phone does always advertising. I want to send data to uart in nRF52832. How can I do?
