M905 for Nrf52832 Chip Module Soldering Problem

we are facing problem with smt M905 module. is there any basic error with this module pad? smt factory in china failed several times to solder this module.

The M905 is a 3rd party module where Nordic Semiconductor only supplies the nRF52 SoC and the 3rd party manufactures and sells the actual module.

You will have to direct questions regarding module handling and soldering issues to the company that manufactures the module which is the MtM+ Technology Corporation, here is the link to their contact info.
