Where can I find a simple example project with nrf52, s132, and segger debugging?

Preferrably under linux using gcc and the command prompt.

I am most interested in project setup, loading the soft device, and making sure all the core systems are working.

If possible, the example should be with the latest SDK (12.3.0 when this question was asked).
