Certification of a PCB with different pin-to-pin nRF52 chips

Hello! We use chip nrf52832(QFN-48) in our project and we wont to pass the PCB certification. But we also want to use chip nrf52810(QFN-48) in another project, but with a PCB from the first project. Should we again be certified? In other words, what is the subject of certification: pcb layout project or pcb herself with assembled components?

What type of certification are you talking about ? Is it Bluetooth qualification ?

It's the radio characteristic on the PCB board that matter.

Since the radio on the nRF52810 and the nRF52840 are identical, the radio characteristic should be the same, you should be able to re-use the RF-PHY test of your board.

We will also update the QDIDs of the softdevice so that it will cover the nRF52810 chip.
