want to write and read data to/from Flash?

I want to add some configuration files to nrf52, so can I write data in flash and read when I want.......I have the example code of twi master_twi slave but it engages the pin so I need a separate code for reading and writing to flash which should work without engaging the gpio pins physically

Internal Flash or external Flash ?

Sounds like you are talking about external flash on TWI

When you will be using flashwrite example (examples\peripheral\flashwrite), please keep in mind it does not check how many times flash write operation has been performed.

In nrf52 documentation in NVMC section you have an information about maximum block write cycles between page errase (n_WRITE).

You an only write to flash a limited number of times, before you wear it out (check the spec for the number of times) (Well the number of page erases is the real limiting factor)
