DAP error while reading AHB-AP Rom Reg. Unable to connect to target.

I am using jlink to program the custom board. I was able to program the board earlier, but now this error is comming. I have rechecked the connection and it is fine. The custom board is powered by the 12V source. Sometimes it is able to connect. But then not able to erase the chip. Sometimes it is not able to connect. I am attaching the snippet of the jlink commander. jlink.PNG

Also are you able to to a logic trace of the SWD pins? Could you program the board using nrfjprog with the --log option?

Not able to program the board using nrfjprog. Not able to log.

Could you post the output from nrfjprog while using the --log optionand the log file? (There should be a log.log file in the same folder from where you called nrfjprog)
