PWM breaks softdevice

Hi,

members.efn.org/.../main.c works fine but members.efn.org/.../main.c.pwm seems to break the softdevice. The big difference in my mind is that there is a Timer2 interrupt running at about 300 Hz. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Rick,

you need to use the sd_ppi_channel_assign / sd_ppi_channel_enable functions when using the soft device. Have a look at (or simply use) this pwm library: github.com/.../nrf51-pwm-library

How exactly it breaks? Hangs in application (able to see device advertising)? Hangs in softdevice (not able to see device advertising)? Give you an error somewhere?

Thanks so much for the help. I changed it to use sd_ppi* and it works fine now.
