can i use ble connection and advertising at the same time?

i use nrf52832 .i want to connect device and send advertisment data at the same time. But peripheral mode cannot connct device and send advertisment at the same time. central mode caonnot send advertisment data.so how can i use both peripheral and central mode at the same time.

what is nrf5283?

All the current softdevices allow AT LEAST peripheral connection + advertisement at the same time (non-connectable), the most recent softdevices allow multiple connections. Which softdevices are you looking at?

As RK noted all Nordic stacks for nRF5 chips support at least one connection link and one broadcaster at the same time, all latest versions of S13x and S140 support at least 1 Peripheral + 8 Central + Broadcaster roles in parallel. Depending on your target chip just use proper nRF5 SDK and see experimental multirole examples.
