I am working on a nRF52328 present in the Taiyo Yuden EYSHJNZXZ module. I am using a J-link EDU debugger to program it. Can I use the J-Link for UART communication with the PC?
Thanks.

Unless I am wrong, I don't think the J-Link EDU has the UART bridge. The IDAP-Link does have UART bridge.
none of the standalone JLinks have a UART bridge, there's nowhere on the debug interface pins for such a thing, only the JLink OnBoards have them as they can be customized for each chip.
You can use segger RTT or SWO, but that's it
ok thanks.
so can I use an additional FTDI chip for UART communication?
yes. If you're just using it whilst debugging any of the USB/UART cheap adapters work, just hook up the lines.
