Hello,
Are there any examples of decoding sound stream using bv32fp? I try to play with thingy firmware and I'm able to easily change the codec, but I can not find a way to decode it on e.g. mobile phone with android thingy app.

Hi pbn4. I have talked to an engineer that worked on the nordic thingy project. He said that they have not worked with bv32fp at all. But I got a good tip that the engineers working with the Nordic Smart Remote would have a decoder that works. I'll contact them and get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
That's great to hear really, thank you.
Hi pbn4. Have you already checked the libs/bv32fp-1.2/decoder.c file in the Nordic-Thingy52-FW-master? I think it would be a good idea for you to check the android application code on github. I think your best bet is to look at the Android app code and try to integrate the decoder.c file into that. I will take a closer look at this issue tomorrow.
Hello,
Thanks for the hint I missed the decoder.c file. I managed to record microphone on linux encode it, decode immediately and play again. It worked so now I only need to integrate it into java.
Also adjusting sampling frequency in bv32cnst.h helped as I was recording with 8khz.
