nRF52832 Jlink stop working after entering bootloader mode

I am using SEGGER Embedded Studio for developing mesh network on nRF52832. For curiosity I pressed the BOOT/RESET button (SW5) while applying power to the board and it entered into bootloader mode. I didn't program anythings onto the board and just cycle powered the board.

Since then the Jlink didn't work and I can't download code from SEGGER Embedded Studio onto board. Was the firmware on the interface MCU erased after entering Bootloader mode?

If yest, how to recover or reload the Jlink firmware back to the Interface MCU?

Have you tried to use the nRFgo Studio instead? Do you see the softdevice and the bootloader partitions in nRFgo Studio?

Going into bootloader mode shouldn't affect the firmware on the interface MCU. To reset the firmware on the interface MCU

1. Go to www.nordicsemi.com/.../49235 and download the latest firmware version
2. Put the device into bootloader mode (holding down reset while power cycling)
3. A new Mass Storage Device, probably called BOOTLOADER, should have appeared
4. Drag and drop the J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170213.bin onto the mass storage device
5. After it has been programmed, power cycle the device again

Try this and see if that'll help you :)
