NRF51822 sometimes not working

Hi, I am using NRF51822 and sdk12.2. I am using Softdevice s130 with peripheral experiment_ble_blinky example. I have merge UART example in this and it is working fine.

Yesterday i flashed and it was working perfectly. Even i connected nrf devices with sensors and other controller. That time working perfectly. Bur today when i connect the board then it is not at all starting. Again i flashed same binary then also not working.

I am not able to figure out it is restarting or not all starting. Here is BT module i am using. s-l1600.jpg Here is main.c file. main.c and SdkConfig file sdk_config.h

1. So the exact same binary that worked yesterday doesn't work today? The binary is not recompiled?
2. Have you checked the wiring to your sensors? Maybe something has been become loose.
3. Have you tried debugging like this? It is a pretty neat way to figure out what is going on.
