1.We have to implement multi pal peripherals and one central.I have to send data(some sensor data) between it periodically....using NUS sample it is possible?? 2.For sending data periodically....How timer is implemented for nrf52840??

1. Yes.
2. There are RTC and TIMER hardware peripheral blocks inside the chip which allow setting the timings through registers and then receiving interrupts. There are also useful libraries developed on top of these HW peripheral blocks, notably modules provided by Nordic as part of nRF5 SDK (e.g. popular app_timer module which allows you to run multiple "virtual" timers on top of single RTC instance).
