Which QDID to use for BLE product declaration?

We developed a new BLE hardware product using the Laird BL652 third party module. Our product is based on the latest Softdevice S132 V5.0.0.

Now I'm starting the Bluetooth SIG product declaratioin and would like to know what QDID I should use:

Laird QD-ID 98795 or Nordic nRF52 Softdevice S132 V5.0.0 QD-ID 97989 ?

Those two QDIDs contain the same sub components so it doesn't matter which one you use.
