Thread border router testing

Moving on with "infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp I have reached: "Starting the Border Router" and then "Thread Settings"

But I simply cannot establish a SSH connection. Putty promts my favorite:

Has it something to do with these settings or why can't I connect?

Then I tried to move on to test point 4 under "Testing".

But that didn't work? So the stock config file has to be changed. Why is that, really? Is the demo image used for anything else than this?

Anyway I have to solve the missing SSH option of cause! Any ideas? Am I "blindspottet"?

And I cannot change password??

Did you set the password for root user in LuCI web interface? SSH does not seem be enabled before password is set. Do you have IPv6 connectivity between boarder router and internet? If not, you can only reach IPv4 internet (without setting up an IPv6 tunnel). You can use this command to resolve IPv4 DNS addresses:

dns resolve ipv4.google.com fd00:0064:0123:4567::1

I did set the password for the root user. But I cannot set a router password for some reason`?!

Try rebooting the router (System -> Reboot -> Perform reboot) and try again.

Sadly, it doesn't change anything :-( Arrghh, stupid problem!
