By testing the source example of throughput example of S132, it is known that throughput is mainly affected by four factors.

2, DLE

3, Connection event extension

4, PHY speed

Will S112 support which?

The S112 SoftDevice will not support Data Length Extension(DLE) or Connection Event extension, this is stated in the release notes of the S112 v5.1.0-2.alpha , which can be downloaded here.

The S112 SoftDevice will support Long ATT MTU and the 2Mbps on-air data bandwidth.

Thanks. I found a description of the DLE does not support, but did not find the connection event extension canceled description. Did i miss something?

No, you did not. I was referring an old roadmap that stated that Connection Event Length Extension was to be removed from the production version of S112. This was incorrect and this feature will be in the production release.
