the device does not have required service

hello i am working with simple ble mpu example it is working fine but when i am trying to connect nrf52 DK with my android phone over bluetooth it is showing

the device does not have required service.

i already have installed nrf tool box. need to send accelerometer data to my phone what are the required services and how can i send data to my phone over bluetooth ?

Which exactly the app on the phone you used ? If you use nRFToolbox, which profile you used ?

Have you tried to use nRFConnect on the phone ?

yes i have both the apps but don't which one is suitable for getting data from mpu

You should use nRFConnect. You need to know how the application send data to the phone, most likely via notification. You need to enable notification on the characteristic.

yes now it is working but it is showing hexa decimal values in my phone how can get decimal values

Hi Rahul,

The nRFConnect app is only a tool for testing. You need to make your own app on the phone. We have multiple example that you can have a look on github . You can start with the nRF-Blinky, nRF-UART, or nRFToolbox.
