does Thingy:52- pca20020 support Ble mesh??

As you can see from this video, someone has already implemented BLE Mesh on multiple Nordic Thingy:52s. If I were you, I would take a look at the Nordic Mesh SDK and see if you can get that working.

As per my understanding from video, nordic app has built-in provisioner. Is that true ?

I have 4 nRF52840-PDK boards & I need to control single LED on them using MESH (assuming provisioner is working on smartphone)

The language is not English, but you can still see from the video that it works to turn the Nordic Thingy:52s LED's on and off, right? I agree it would have been a lot more useful if he was speaking English. :) Could you please create a new Devzone case, as you're case is not related to the Thingy:52.
