Wrong link nRF5 SDK for THREAD 0.11.0?

Dear Nordic,

I tried to download the new SDK nRF5-SDK-for-Thread from here: www.nordicsemi.com/.../60504

However, when I clicked on it I only got the TTM 0.11.0. It seems there is an issue with the link? Or am I wrong?
