S140 6.0.0-6 alpha start address to make monitor debug mode work

Hello,

I'm trying to enable the monitor debug mode work with iar but I have some doubts about the address used in the EnableMonMode.mac macro provided in one of the blog here.

The address is "SetMonModeVTableAddr=0x1B000". I can't find the start address of the S140 6.0.0-6 alpha,

Can someone provide a link to this information ?

This information in included in the release notes, found in the softdevice zip-file.
