Hi there, I try to using nrf sniffer for trouble shooting, and follow the "nrf sniffer user's guide v2.0" , when I copy the unzip extcap's content to the Wireshar's Extcap directory(get from Wireshar's help -> about wireshark -> folders -> Extcap path), I can't see a Interface toolbars item after click view, although I restart wireshrk and my computer. There isn't a interface toolbars.

The environment:
OS: windows 10 64bit; Wireshark Version 2.4.3 (v2.4.3-0-g368ba1ee37) ; Python v2.7.14 and pyserial v3.4

Hardware: nrf51 development kit(pca10028 v1.1.0)

Firmware: sniffer_pca10028_51296aa.hex

Thanks for your help

Did you verify that python 2.7.x was callable from the command line? Step 6 under Install nRF Sniffer in the user guide.

Also have a look at the Troubleshooting at the end of the user guide.
