nrf52840 availability USA 12-12-17

Hello, we would like to consider this chip for a product, but I have been waiting for this to be on sale for purchase since February 2017. It's still 12 weeks out and it's nearly the end of 2017. Is there a supply/demand issue?

I have developer kits, and want to move forward, but can't convince management. We are using NRF52832 in a project, but need more memory for a different project (and i2s Audio and SD card)

Is the product even released? All distributors still say no stock and 11 weeks.

Hello, I am seeing lead time go up to 28 weeks now? Is this product in production or not? I wanted to start a design but nothing is available at any distributor.

did you ever actually do as suggested and contact the regional sales manager and ask when the product would be released? No it's not released yet and only Nordic can tell you when it will be.
