DFU works with windows nrf connect but fails with mobile apps

With the mobile apps via logging I don't see the device transitioning into the bootloader state.

Anyone seen anything like that.

Need more details, but I saw a problem specifically with SDK 14 and the buttonless DFU service on iPhone. devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

Have you tried using both nrf connect and nrf toolbox when you are referring to mobile apps? Are you using Android or iOS? Currently, there is a bug in the dfu application in the nrf toolbox app for android. If you have used nrf toolbox, I would use nrf connect until the bug is fixed.

yeah we switched to nrf connect and it works on the phones we have tried. Thanks for the response.

Great! Good to hear it worked! The bug in the nrf toolbox app should be fixed soon. As soon as there is an app update in the Google Play store I guess.
