PCA10031 is not detecting after "J-Line j Firmware update" failuer

I am using the PCA10031 dongle. When I connected it to my pc (Windows10), I got a message in after starting Master Control Panel3.10.0 saying a firmware update for "J-Line j Firmware update" is available. When I clicked yes, it downloads something and in the middle of the application, master control panel crashed and hanged. After sometime tried to close the application, it didn't respond and then I removed PCA10031 dongle. After whenever I try to connect the dongle to pc, I don't get any USB or com port in my device manager. LD1 led turns on at dongle is powered, LD2 starts blinking after some time (~ more than 5 minutes). but I am not able to connect it with Master Control Panel, or nRFgo, nighter I am able to see any USB or Com port in device manager.

I tried all the things mentioned in the question: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

What do I do to see resolve this problem?
