We have field reports of BlackBerry Priv not being able to "connect" to our nRF52 based hardware.

Upon closer inspection, we find that while it connects and discovers services on an nRF51 device, it cannot use nRF Connect to discover services on the nRF52 -- which we're running SDK 14.0 with softdevice 5.0.
I don't see any reports of failures/problems in the forums or online -- but given that even nRF Connect cannot discover services on this device, I'm unclear if this is a bug in their Android stack, or a Nordic issue.
Anyone have any experience with this phone model to speak of?
