BLE multi communication

Hi, Is it possible to have multiple BLE units that can talk to each and any of the others. ie if two come in close proximity they can connect and communicate a small amount of data ie Rssi?

The SoftDevice (the BLE "operating system" used on the nRF5 chips) supports concurrent operations as link layer master and slave. Allowing the scenario you lay out to be implemented.

There are many ways to implement what you want, but with more details about the requirements, it would be easier to come with recommendations :)
